Logbook functions

 

Logbook entry

​

The logbook is ready to use upon completion of the following setup steps:

​

  • Create a ship in setup (7)

  • Create and activate a trip (6)

Call setup, maintenance and cashbook.

Choose your trip management where you can create or change trips and establish your crewlist.

A past day can be selected to add missing logbook entries.

By touching the current Ship Status a new logbook entry will be added.

Checklists für your trip or day can be called to complete your open tasks.

Call the Tripday to enter Timezone, Crew on board and notes. Engine hours and Fuel can be entered.

Departure and Arrival Port are displayed. By touching the port, either a new port will be created or an existing port can be changed.

An existing Log Entry can be chosen to change it.

Choose the desired ship status for a new Logbook Entry.

Choose the desired event status for a new Event Entry.

Complete your entries by confirming or abort.

Create a PDF file in order to print or email.

Call the Crew maintenance to work on your crew list.

Edit your trips - change the fields or delete a trip.

 

Crew list

Add a crew member. Crew members and their contact data are stored in your contacts.

Call your contact list to add existing contacts to your crew list.

Allow a crew member to be edited and change the contact information.

 

Days of trip

For a new trip the days will take the timezone from your device. After this, every new day will receive the timezone from the previous day.

Choose the time of reading. Afterwards you can enter your engine hours.

3.jpg

Choose the time of reading. Afterwards you can enter the fuel level and the refueled quantity.
